about me i'm from england and i used to study music. i work in engineering and live with my partner in a nice apartment thats inside an old converted cotton mill. we live in the countryside so i like to go on walks a lot and see nature as it changes throughout the seasons.

i have a lot of tattoos and i'm working on getting a full neo-trad japanese sleeve and a trad japanese leg sleeve in the future! i used to do a lot of painting and drawing but in recent years i have been doing more graphic design. i also enjoy photography. i started using design programs in 2008 when i was in high school. everything i have done here is self taught or i've used youtube tutorials to help me.

i grew up playing the sims, neopets, habbo hotel and room building/dress up games. my older brother was (and still is) a big nerd and he showed me how to use the family pc to play the sims and neopets probably around 2004/05. i used to play old pc games like barbie riding club and sabrina the teenage witch: spellbound. i also got obsessed with playing the demo for an rpg maker game called aveyond which i think of as a reason i'm fascinated by pixel art. i got a pink nintendo ds lite (that i still own!) for christmas when they were released with nintendogs and animal crossing: wild world that i used to play a lot! i also played harvest moon and touch detective on the ds.

my bf and i have a huge video game and console collection that we have built over the years together. i love to go charity (thrift) shopping and buy vintage clothes and home decor. i also really enjoy cooking and like to make korean and japanese food a lot. i'm learning japanese at the minute but i want to take it more seriously and start travelling there. i got interested in japan when i was about 11 years old after i watched the studio ghibli film the cat returns.

i have been interested in the world wide web since i was a child but i really got into tumblr as a teenager in the 2010s which is what eventually led me to creating this site. i randomly stumbled upon some neocities sites in 2021 and got inspired to make my own.
